After teaching for seven years at the Faculty of Psychology of a private Italian university, I relocated to Northern Ireland to establish ALETES (formerly Athena), where I serve as CEO.

I am a Fellow of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (UK), where I have been an Ethics Committee member and currently provide clinical supervision.

My specialisation is in neurodivergence and personality disorders. I have extensive experience working with marginalised and vulnerable populations, including LGBTQ+ clients, families of individuals with Borderline and EUPD (Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder), and couples dealing with Asperger's Syndrome and OCPD (Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder). I also offer counselling to victims of domestic violence and narcissistic abuse, as well as to offenders, and provide expert reports for court cases. My work extends to counselling police officers and assisting lawyers in preventing burnout.

I provide kink-allied counselling and have a significant background in enhancing sports performance for individual athletes and international teams.

My therapeutic approach respects each person's identity while integrating various treatment modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe in personalised therapy, designed to address the specific challenges and goals of those seeking my help.

My approach is structured and systematic. Each treatment plan is meticulously designed and agreed upon with the client before we begin, with therapy cycles ranging from three months to a year.

Upholding confidentiality and protecting client privacy is a cornerstone of my practice.

I regularly organise events to promote a new form of social therapy, which my clients often participate in and find empowering on their recovery journey.

I offer two innovative treatments: virtual reality exposure therapy and cranial electrotherapy stimulation.

New clients are required to complete full registration. Following your initial assessment, my assistant will support and guide you throughout your therapeutic journey.

I am fluent in both English and Italian.
